Carlotta Gandolfi

Junior Associate. She graduated from the University of Milan in 2016 with a dissertation on fashion law. Before joining Scarpellini & Naj-Oleari, she took a post-graduate course in Intellectual Property Law and worked for INDICAM (Istituto di Centromarca per la Lotta alla Contraffazione) an association focused in fighting against counterfeiting and protecting intellectual property rights
She specializes in intellectual property and commercial law, advising investment funds, multinational corporations and listed companies on fashion, design and media law.
